Mission Statement
The Denton County Juvenile Probation Department
has two (2) client groups:
1. Juveniles and their
families, and
2. The community
These two client groups will both be served by
striking a balance between the best interest of the child and protection of the community
within the scope of legal mandates and available services. The Juvenile Department will
provide services through the use of the least restrictive environment for rehabilitation
of the child and public safety.
